Moreover, the kit also has a brushed aluminum heatsink in a matte black body. Personally, I loved the RAM’s design and build quality, allowing it to be installed in many PC builds. The RAM kit also provides outstanding AMD EXPO-enabled performance, with CAS timings of CL30-38-38-96 and a respectable 6,000MHz frequency. During my gaming tests, all the game maps loaded within a matter of seconds without showing any stutters at 4K resolution.
Aside from its performance, the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32GB also has decent overclocking capability, as seen through my testing. I managed to get a 600MHz frequency increment without changing the CL timings.

Furthermore, we loved the RAM’s impressive build quality with a brushed aluminum heatsink and a beautiful color coating. The RAM kit comes with an astounding 7,200MHz frequency with CAS timings of CL38-44-44-105. During our dedicated performance testing in 3DMark Time Spy with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, the RAM kit beat all of its competition, attaining a score of ~20,000.
Moving towards its overclocking potential, we found the RAM loves being overclocked, and we achieved a remarkable 800MHz uplift and decreased the timings for better latency. However, to do so, we had to increase the voltage slightly.

We loved the white body with the brushed aluminum plate that has “Vengeance” written on it. Furthermore, the build quality also improves the longevity of the RAM. The RAM kit offers a 6,000MHz frequency with a latency of 12ns, making it slightly slower than its competition. However, during our dedicated performance testing, we saw no form of bottlenecking or stutters during gameplay at 4K resolutions.
Moving to its overclocking potential, the Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM kit provides decent overclocking capabilities. During our overclocking tests, we managed to increase the frequency by 500MHz, with a 0.25V increment to reach a stable state. We didn’t change the timings, but the overall latency dropped.

We disliked the RAM doesn’t have any RGB, giving it an overly simplistic design. However, the sturdy build quality makes up for the lack of design elements. In terms of performance, the G.Skill Ripjaws S5 boasts a decent 6,000MHz frequency with CL30 timings and a 10ns latency. During our dedicated performance tests, we did not see any bottlenecks with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D at 4K and 1440p resolutions.
The RAM kit also offers great overclocking capabilities, allowing us to increase the frequencies by 600MHz without changing the latencies. In any case, we had to increase the voltage to 1.42V to achieve stable overclocks, reducing the latency to 9.09ns.

During my gaming and video editing tests, the RAM showcased outstanding speeds, rendering larger videos quickly and loading maps almost instantly.
Aside from its performance, the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 64GB RAM kit also offers great overclocking capabilities. During my testing, I managed to get a 600MHz increment but had to increase the voltage to 1.50V to achieve the results.
