Call of Duty Modern Warfare became the most successful Call of Duty launch in the history of this gaming franchise, topping $800 million in just three days. On the other side, Warzone 2.0 update will be released on November 16.
Yesterday, Activision revealed that the pre-load of Warzone 2.0 would release on November 14, 2022. Now we know that the size of the game will be 115.62 GB on Xbox. The game is taking over 100 GB only for the battle royale version, which might be frustrating for some fans.

The full game will take over 33% of the local storage on both Xbox Series X (800GB usable space to download games) and PlayStation 5 (667.2GB available space) consoles, considering the base game alone takes over 100GB.
Still, the number will vary from console to console, but ultimately it will be over 100GB, so the concerns remain that fans are given two days to download the game before playing on the official release.
There is no official information from Activision regarding the size. Hopefully, this won’t make fans lose interest in the highly anticipated Warzone 2.0, and we hope that Activision considers this size issue. Still, despite the size problem, the success of the update is given, and fans are more likely to enjoy it.
Aside from that, what are your thought on this massive size of the game? Have you played Modern Warfare 2 yet? Let us know in the comments section.
