When God Of War was launched in 2018, the hype surrounding it was crazy, and the game fulfilled its expectations accumulating lots of positive reviews. Fans of the franchise prayed for a sequel, and their wishes were answered when it was revealed that God Of War Ragnarok was in development.

God of War Ragnarok has been in development for a while, but the wait is finally going to be over now that it will be released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 9, 2022, is less than a month away.

Previously, we learned that you would need at least 90.6 GB of free space to play the game. Still, now God of War Ragnarok’s ultimate size has been revealed on the PlayStation 4 by a Brazilian video game tester who tweeted a picture of the game downloading on the console.

As you can see from the above tweet, God Of War Ragnarok will take 118GB on PlayStation 4; this is a massive increase in file size compared with God of War, launched in 2018 with 45.5GB. Expect a bit less file size on PlayStation 5, as new platform games take less space because of compression.

God Of War Ragnarok pre-load and reviews will go live on November 2, about 7 days before the game’s launch. We are very excited about how the game will play out.
