Tomorrow’s Xbox Games Showcase is set to be a huge event.

The event will last two hours and thirty minutes and feature all kinds of games published by Microsoft. While there was already plenty of reason to be excited, a leaker claims Xbox will lead the event with multiple world premiers.

Why it matters: Unlike other events around this time, leakers and insiders have created plenty of buzz for this showcase. Therefore, the excitement for this event is higher than one would typically expect.

Spanish leaker eXtas1s has claimed that the showcase will feature 8 world premiers. These will be titles that haven’t previously been announced or revealed.

The leaker hasn’t mentioned what games will be featured, but many rumors have given audiences an idea of what to expect. It is also important to note that all of these reveals may not belong to first-party teams.

According to a previous report, Microsoft is expected to reveal around 15 first-party titles that will be released this year and in 2025. The rumored games include Gears 6, new Halo and Doom games, and others.

Between Doom and Gears, two world premiers appear set in stone. However, this still leaves six brand new announcements that fans can get excited about.

Following Summer Game Fest, expectations are even higher from Microsoft. Many found yesterday’s event quite underwhelming, so fans are hoping Microsoft can make up for the recent disappointment.

With less than 24 hours left to go, the Xbox Games Showcase is nearly upon us. Dubbed the most important Microsoft showcase to date, this event has the potential to change the future of Xbox as we know it.
