Each new release brings a lesson for Activision, providing valuable feedback about player preferences. This feedback also encouraged Activision to stick with modern settings, with the president claiming these settings are the best received.
As for the development teams, Activision already confirmed that all of its flagship studios were involved in the creation of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. This included the likes of Sledgehammer Games, Treyarch, Raven Software, and more.
The publisher appears to be continuing this approach moving forward, using the incredible skills of 3000 talented developers to bring more Call of Duty games in 2024 and beyond.
